I wanted to make sure to get this post out before Tuesday happens and poof…nothing. So! Let’s talk a bit about what’s happened over the past week! For one…vacation was still crazy crazy crazy busy. I had two trips to the pool, one to the beach, and out of all the days I’ve been off I’ve visited with Friends for 4 of the 11 days total. For two…I bought carpet for my bedrooms in my condo and it cost an arm and a leg. My debt totally increased but since things are prolonged, I might as well live a little and get a few things done around my house. The bigger things I want to do like possibly move my washer and dryer to expand my kitchen, get new cabinets and appliances, and remodel the master bathroom are something I’ll need to pace myself for just a little more. Remodels are crazy expensive and I want to make sure I have the funds to cover it but I’m also taking it a chunk at a time. First paint and carpet, for the bedrooms and then paint and new flooring for the rest of the house. This carpet is about as old as my condo and the previous owner smoked indoors so it’s gotta go. Now! The moment you’ve all been waiting for that will be complete when you grab a snack and something to drink. 😊 Let’s get started!
I just had the one entry but I did finish the month strong:
Things are going great getting this credit card paid down. Right now I’m set to pay it off at the beginning of November and things are on track to hit that goal.
With that being said…let’s chat about what my debt is looked like this week:
The numbers will go up on the next 3M post because of the credit card for my carpet but…it’s 24 months interest free! I figured I’d just pay $100 on it every month until the balance is done.

I’ve been watching Ugly Betty for a little while. It and any tv show I watch I get inspiration from those looks for things I do for myself or others in the future. Inspiration can strike at anytime. Don’t limit yourself and give the look a try.
