For some odd reason…the universe likes to play cruel tricks on me. Things went great with my debt this week but it wouldn’t be me if I didn’t share how my weekend went. Friday, I decided on a whim to do sign up for a conference for makeup. It was discounted and I figured…why not? Saturday, I emptied my storage unit. Junk removal is crazy expensive but it was worth is since I didn’t really have any viable options. Sunday, I did makeup again. I’m loving the jobs every weekend. 😊 Most importantly starting Thursday…I’ve had a crazy thing happen. My condo flooded. My chair blanket touched the floor, I picked it up and realized my floor was soaked. Moments later, I found that there was a light but steady stream coming from my toilet in my guest bathroom. The floor was covered in the bathroom, it went into the hallway, all the way into my living room. I had a big ordeal with my home warranty but this wasn’t exactly covered. I ended up calling Roto-Rooter because they offer water cleanup service and I’ve had a really good experience working with them even with a not-so-great matter. They fixed my toilet Thursday, Friday morning I had my home assessed and the insurance claim was filed, Friday afternoon the drying process began. Water spreads rapidly and my bathroom, hallway, hall closet, utility closet, and a huge portion of my living room were affected. The water cleanup will be done around Friday but they will be cutting out the damaged flooring, 2ft high of drywall in the surrounding areas, and I’ve lost some furniture thanks to the flood. I’m meeting with a general contractor to discuss first if we’ll be a good fit as well as the coverage they have for insurance and liability, and second when this project can begin. I’m crazy tired and I’m not sleeping well. I also felt like trash on Sunday night. But now that we’ve discussed Murphy’s Law in my life, LET’S TALK DEBT! Be sure to get yourself a snack and something to drink and we’ll get started!
My debt at this moment is:

My Shop Your Way credit card will be paid off this month. YAY!!! I also made my second payment to my new car and made a payment to my Care Credit credit card.
I made some great progress! Check last weeks 3M post for comparison.

I’m really good at having crazy stuff happen. I want to try to get out of this weird rut because oh my GOD, I’m exhausted. I started the year with lock-jaw and spent $6k for treatment, broke my foot and spent another $550 for treatment, my car ended up with mold and I ended up paying $1,200 to correct it and then added to my debt buying a new car, had a trash paint job that cost me $1,300 roughly, and the newest development I’m dealing with…a water damaged home. I’ll be back with more updates for this.

All those cool looks you see with gems are applied easier than you think. These looks are achieved by completing you look and most importantly, finding a eyelash glue of your choice to apply them. These little additions punch up your look just that much more!
