For the moment you all have been waiting for! Okay…probably not really, but it was worth a shot. It’s already the 5th and I haven’t had the chance to show my full progress for the month of May and that is what today’s topic will be about. 😊 There was a lot of moves made last month and I met some serious milestones that I’ll have the opportunity to share. You’re really going to need a snack for this and maybe some champagne because there is a very small celebration that will be occurring momentarily! Yay….
Like always, I’ll be sharing the following the Money Moves Month-End for May:
- My Income for April
- My Debt Totals
- My Net Worth
- Other Updates
My Income for May

Last month I forgot about adding interest to my income. I have not made that mistake this month and won’t going forward. More interest means more money means lower balances for me.
My Debt Balances – May

It was another great month that went down in history for me! I made it to the next level with debt payoff and everything is looking pretty great on this side of the street. 😊 I’ve reached a new low (in a good way) for debt and I’m really hoping to do the right thing and keep these balances plummeting.
My Net Worth
This is what my net worth looks like for the month of May:

This is where the champagne comes it because it feels like I just did a count down on NYE!!!! My net worth may not stay this high but I’M OVER $100K!!!!!!!! The median net worth for single women is $36k annually. I’m breaking barriers over here!
Other Updates
If you had the opportunity to read my last Money Moves Monday post, I did announce that I will be paying down my car loan once and will not let it ride out through September 2025. When you’ve been on this journey as long as I have, you just want it to be over with.
The closer I get to the finish line, the more I feel the “What now?” questions beginning to surface. I do hope you all will want to continue to tough it out while I continue to refocus things and find out what works for me and my budget. 😊
Pro-Makeup Artist/Licensed Esthetician Tip
When it comes to making strides know it’s okay to ease on a new skill with both makeup and skin care. I started wearing makeup consistently when I was 22 years old. It all started with eyeshadow with the sponge tip applicator and retractable eyeliner and it grew from there as I learned different things about makeup. Same goes for skin care. Start with a simple regimen of cleansing and moisturizing and then begin to build on it. Over time you’ll also find what works best and try out new products and get new recommendations from professionals. It’s all a marathon…not a race.
That’s all I have for today! Don’t forget to like, comment, subscribe to see more content from me and to share my page with someone who you think may benefit from the makeup tips or financial advice.
Welcome new subscribers! As soon as I hit 100 subscribers, I’ll host a giveaway.
Until Next Time!
